All wheels spinning except 1 when in drive

My sister has a 2011 nissan rogue awd. She come to me saying there's an intermittent heavy humming noise when in drive. And yesterday said the car jolted and the humming stopped but came back further down the road.

When looking at it today, I could not recreate the humming noise. But I notice that the front driver side wheel struggles to spin along with the rest. Here is a video

Is this normal? What can cause this?

Should also mention that we had a shop diagnose, they said it was the driveshaft. We replaced it but the noise came back after 3 days. Any advice will be useful thank you.

It's normal with an open differential for just one tire to spin when both are off the ground. If the front differential is supposed to have some kind of limited-slip or traction control function it's apparently not working.

likely it will only make the noise with the wheels loaded. Humming is bad bearings 90% of the time.

What about the jolting? I'll haven't heard of a wheel bearing causing that

Jolting would be transmission or engine misfire

Could be a bearing or a seized e-brake on that side....it does look like it's fighting a considerable restriction so try popping off the wheel & have a look at the assembly.

I've seen one side stick although the cable looks ok from the outside.

For the heck of it engage the e-brake, release it then try to remove the rotor/drum on that side.
