I am annoyed inside that my family friend got a brand new 2021 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid instead of taking my suggestion of a Camry or Corolla Hybrid. I don't want to make them feel bad about their purchase, but they want advice on how to make it last and I don't know much about the hybrid Hyundais compared to the regular Hyundai vehicles. They said they bought it because it was better value for the number of features it has and said that the Camry hybrid was too expensive and the Corolla hybrid was less spacious and too "bargain basement" of an interior. I will admit the interior of the Corolla does kinda trail rivals in terms of fanciness of the interior, features compared to the Civic, Elantra, Sentra, Forte, Jetta, Golf, Mazda3, etc. but the corolla will probably outlast the Elantra hybrid and other hybrids.
