I drive a 2010 Volvo S80 3.2 with 173,532 miles. Should I use anti seize when changing my spark plugs?

NGK says not to use it on their plugs. Here it is right from the horse:

it might say on the spark plug box.
I think you can apply it very sparingly to the threads. But keep your hands very clean and make sure you don't get any of that stuff near either tip, or on the porcelain. Anti-seize is full of metal particles which can conduct high voltage. It also seems to get absolutely everywhere once you open the container and it's difficult to clean.
