Engine Code: None
Hi everyone, my Toyota Rav4 (specifics above) has a rattle/grinding sound coming from the engine, it seems like it is getting progressively longer, as time goes on (lasts about 2-3 seconds), it has become more obvious over the past 30k miles or so. It only occurs when the has been sitting for 24+ hours, it will not make the sound if started more frequently. It almost sounds as if oil, takes a few seconds to reach everywhere (Oil level is not low). No other symptoms, car runs excellent otherwise and no dash lights.
I will post a link to a video with the sound below. Does anyone have a clue what could be going on and have any suggestions or experience with the 3.5-liter 2GR-FE V6 engine? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

well it sounds to me like the classic sign of worn timing chain and/or worn timing chain tensioner probably it just needs a new tensioner
Did this require pulling the engine to access the timing cover?
