Hey Scotty,
I'm really an avid supporter of Toyotas but I genuinely love the looks of the 2018-2022 Honda Accords vs the Toyota Camrys of the same years and I want one. My only problem was that the Honda Accord have Turbos which can eventually go out as well as aid the engine to go out prematurely. So I looked more into the warranties to see if I could stumble across some type of good coverage to cover the engine and turbos. I was told from a dealer that they offer a factory 5yr/100k mile warranty and when that ends their FREE POWER TRAIN LIFETIME WARRANTY kicks in. My question to you is-is that FREE POWER TRAIN LIFETIME WARRANTY what it cracks up to be or will they find a way not to pay? Can I exhale with the LIFETIME COVERAGE? Because I'd hope and would think the Turbos, Engine and Transmission should all be covered should they fail prematurely.

No.

Nobody works for free. All things inevitably wear out. Take this particular dealer and try to get paperwork backing this "warranty" up. Guaranteed the dealer is just trying to get you to buy the car.
