06 armada with 180k new walker cats new 02 sensors injectors and fuel pump

p0430 returned after 1500k miles now more and more often upstrem readdings are pretty steady0.620 down stream moves up and down from 0.150to 0.590

@chuckielee
Is the truck burning oil? Some aftermarket cats do not last.

doesnt burn oil bank 1 same brand cat havent had a code yet

@chuckielee
The problem with aftermarket cats isnt so much that they are all always bad it's that there is a lot of inconsistency in the manufacturing of them. This is a tricky problem but the reality is you have addressed every problem that is possible already so I would be looking at the replacement parts to see if something was defective out if the box. The downstream O2 sensor only reads the flow of the cat and relays that information the the ECU. That is its sole purpose.

Buy a couple of those O2 standoff bungs and install them on downstream and lets see what that does for ya.

And I'm assuming you accidently swapped these "upstrem readdings are pretty steady0.620 down stream moves up and down from 0.150to 0.590" but are getting (after closed loop) 620mv on the downstream O2 and varying 150mv to 590mv on the upstream O2, correct?
