Hi,
I just bought a 2016 Honda Pilot with 63 thousand miles on the clock.
It has been sitting on the dealership for the past 6 months, so I'm going to change the oil myself.
Is it a good idea to use the ATS 505 CRO pour in before this oil change or a regular oil change will be enough?

If the oil you drain isn't nasty dark, and there's no sign of leakage, I'd wait on any of the ATS or other oil additives.
I'd pay more attention to the fuel - adding some Techron there, check the fuel filter if it's accessible. And I'd change the ATF, as that has been a bigger source of problems on Hondas - the engines are a strong point.
