As my friend has one in his 2005 F-150 with 190k miles, I was wondering if this may be able to help reduce the sludge these horrible engines get? @hixster also mentioned it in another post, so I thought it may be a good possibility.
My friend has had it since 30k miles and religiously changes the oil at 3k miles.
