2007 Lexus RX350 2WD, 120K miles 3.5 v6. The vehicle has all auto up /auto down windows. When the auto up on the driver's location is activated, the window acts like it s going all the way up, stops about 60%, then comes back down to about 50%. The window will roll up if I hold the button the whole time but after years of tapping it and it going all the way up, it has become a big irritatant.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be wrong, information on how to fix it and/or cost involved?

The window may be binding up enough to trigger a safety shutdown intended to prevent injury if body parts are in the way.
