My 2006 Toyota sienna recently had a leak on driver side cv axle seal and some fluid leaked out. After putting a new seal, it has been driving well but of late there is slipping when I start and later another slipping when the vehicle is at 50 mph. What do I do to come back to normal?

Did you refill the transmission with new fluid once you took out the seal and replaced it? Automatic transmissions operate based on hydraulic action. Not enough fluid will cause slipping.
You might need to put the transmission in every gear from Park to 1 for 30 seconds each. if you refilled the transmission and it is at the proper level, that may also be a cause. It may cause the transmission to get low on fluid again. Park the car on a level surface, let it warm up to operating temperature, then measure the fluid level on the dipstick.

If the procedure suggested by @justin-shepherd doesn't help, you likely need a new transmission.
