my 1995 integra started smoking under intake i had no lights popping up on my dash i turned it off and it somehow lost all power not even the dash lights up what could it be
it could be some wire from starter to battery
Solving an issue like this requires a more thorough understanding of the electrical circuits. As @imperator suggested earlier, you might be better off taking it to a mechanic. Guessing won't be productive, at all. While proper testing will be very productive.
brand new battery
Often, work done on a vehicle immediately prior to a problem might indicate where this all started. Why was a new battery installed? Was it a DIY installation or did a shop/mechanic install it?

i think it could be some wire from starter to battery causing my brand new battery to be completely drained
well see what happened. it probably shorted against something
