Hi Scotty! I have a 2007 Toyota 4Runner V6 4.0 engine and with 276,000 miles. When I am accelerating and I reach around 30-35 mph my car starts shaking in the back but also makes a brrrrrrr noise. When I accelerate or decelerate the shaking and noise stops. What could this be?

well try moving the rear wheels to the front, and see if the shake goes with them.
Otherwise, it could just be a worn universal joint.
