Can you suggest a good cat cleaner?

Likely killed the fuel pump or dissolved some of the fuel lines and gummed them up. Either way you will probably have to drop the tank and inspect for further damage. You only need to add like 10 oz of lacquer thinner to help in cleaning the catalytic converter. Rubber doesn't like thinner.

rubber doesn't like gasoline either, which is why they use special materials like viton around the fuel system.
