I have a 1999 Toyota Camry 2.2 5sfe engine
I changed spark plugs and coil packs and wires
I removed and cleaned the fuel injectors
I changed air filter and I cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner
I changed iat sensor
and I still have bad gas mileage the only code that’s popping up is code p0446 which is a fuel vapor leak I did changed the gas cap but not oem the engine code persists
my next step is to lower the gas tank and do a smoke test and find leaks but will this fix my bad gas mileage or what could be the problem???

Well, the best thing to do is to pay a mechanic like me with a smoke machine to hook it up to the evap system to see what a leak is. Otherwise you just guessing
