I have a car that sits alot and i have good tires all the way around...is it normal for tires to loose some pressure if car not drove much..and battery to be sort of weak?

Yes, it is normal for tires to lose pressure over time due to osmosis, the passing of air through the structure(rubber) of the tire. That is why it is recommended to check the pressure at least once a month. And during seasonal changes as air temperatures increase or decrease, tire pressure will accordingly increase or decrease and should be checked more often.
And yes, a battery will lose it's charge over time if your car is not being driven, as it is not being recharged by the running alternator.
