interstate battery 4 year 8 month old
oem 700 now cca 550 for 2.5L engine camry
got lot of corrosion on top of frame , is it mean bad battery. +- terminal good clean

is it mean bad battery.
batteries are evaluated with a tester, not visually. Get it load tested at your local parts store.
The crud can be cleaned off with some very hot, soap water and a brush.
i just realized after change battery . no more battery drain, stay in 12.6v. now 173000 miles 2014 camry i4
b4 change next day morning always go to 12.2v battery.
12.2V is too low
