Hello I have a 2015 Volvo S 60 it’s giving me a message on the screen low battery charge what does that mean and the start stop system is not working it says unavailable And it says battery temperature is too low I did a little research and it says that there are two batteries in the car a regular battery and a auxiliary battery I’m assuming that I need to replace the auxiliary battery to fix the start stop system let me know if I’m wrong or I’m right

Load test the battery and alternator.
The car starts perfectly fine
I still say the same thing.
