Hello I have an old 03 dodge ram 1500 that has a leaking rear main seal what is the best product I can use to stop it without actually replacing the seal?

Any of them are temporary band-aids and may not work, or work for long. However nothing to lose by trying. As has been mentioned Scotty recommends ATP AT-205 "Reseal". The only way to really fix it though is to replace the worn seal.

aren't those for coolant leaks?
The AT205 stuff scotty recommends might help a bit depending how bad it is, but the best product, and the only fix is to replace the RMS.
There are plenty of stop leaks out there. Scotty has recommended ATP-205 reseal. Slightly pricey at around $20 a bottle but people get good results from it.
