Hi Scotty

Would love to know what are the best type of sparkplugs for Toyota Camry 2006 4 cylinder? Also with good quality plugs will this help to increase my mileage?

Much Appreciated

Iridium. Any reputable brand.

According to Project Farm's testing, E3 spark plugs give you very slightly better gas mileage than other brands. It's not a big difference though. You can search for the video on youtube.

Iridium lasts longer than platinum, which in turn lasts longer than copper. However, you're not necessarily saving money with longer-lasting plugs because they cost more, so mileage per dollar is about the same. If the plugs on your car are difficult to access and require removing a whole bunch of stuff to replace them, then you'd want to put in iridium ones so they last as long as possible. If they're easy to replace on your car, then using cheaper plugs and replacing them more often isn't a big deal.
