I have a 2012 Chevy equinox and every now and then when I start it, it’ll shut off on me while I’m warming up the engine. Now I’m aware of the excessive oil burn for this model(found out a few months after I got it) But I have a feeling it might be the fuel pump took it to a mechanic and he didn’t know what was the issue. What do you think it could be?

Check for vacuum leak.
