Hey Scotty. Need your help. I have a friend that has a 2008 Lincoln MKX with a 3.5L V6 engine. She brought it over to me because of a rough idle and overheating. The coolant was very low and when you add water it would just run out. I noticed it was not running out of the hoses or radiator. I then found the water leak and I found oil leaking in the same spot between the engine and transmission. Also when you pull the oil cap and dipstick the oil is milky. I told her I am afraid of a blown head gasket. I hope I am wrong, but I am afraid I am right. Your thoughts. Car has 167,000 miles.
Pull a couple of spark plugs. If they're wet with coolant, you confirmed the blown head gasket diagnosis.
You could try this test to see if combustion gases are getting into the coolant:

99.99% sure you have a blown head gasket.
Hey Doc. I just pulled 3 plugs. They had that white substance coated on them.
