Body shop work

Hi, my dad has a 2017 chevy impala. He he bumped the front of the car while in traffic. There wasn't major damage but the tip of the hood was a little bent, the front of the bumper was pushed in and the side panel gaps were larger. He had an auto body shop repair it. When he got it back we noticed that the panel gaps still were larger on the sides, the front of the hood was sitting slightly lower then the bumper and the front of the hood is sitting slightly to the left of the front of the bumper. Should I expect it not to look perfect or should I go back.

Thanks

Go back and demand they fix their poor workmanship.

Unless they did it for free you're entitled to a proper job for your money. Make them fix it correctly.

That sounds like sloppy work.

I would have them make the corrections.
