use a nice long breaker bar

Put a propane torch to it for a short amount of time.  This MAY break it loose if you're lucky.

I'm assuming the slide pins? First, make sure you're unscrewing it the right way...it's sort of in a weird orientation because you're unscrewing from the back side. When it's fully unscrewed, it may get stuck from the slide grease, so get a flathead screw driver and push it out from the threads when the caliper is loose. When reinstalling, use Sil-Glyde brake lubricant on the slide pins after properly cleaning off the old grease with brake cleaner.
