I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey and the brake lights don't work but when I turn on the tail lights they work. But only one side has this issue, and the side that's broken has a leak so moisture is getting in. Any ideas on what's going on?

maybe one side is affecting the other. Seal up the leak, and repair any corrosion damage it caused. Check wiring harness grounds.

The tail/brake lights are two filament bulbs. Check the bulbs to see if both filaments in both bulbs are good. Or just put an ohmmeter on on them to test for continuity. Usually in a two filament bulb, the brake light filament is a higher wattage than the running light and it burns out sooner.
