I have a silverado 2500 year 2000. When weather is hot above 80f driving becomes hard and when very slow u can hear the back brake almost grinding.....2 years a go a mechanic claimed one cliper was frozen, and we replaced it, now again,  pickup is used only once, or twice a month to throw the accumulated garbage, whats the problem?

That thing is nearly 1/4 century old. An old rubber brake hose deteriorating internally can lock a caliper or wheel cylinder. Had that happen on a Hornet I used to own years ago.
