Hello everyone I have a question so I have a 2011 crown Victoria police interceptor and was wondering why my brake pedal sinks to the floor? I just replaced my brake master cylinder thinking that was the issue the seal to it was rather bad but the pedal still sinks to the floor I also bled the air like in Scotty’s video for this but still no improvement

If you don’t have any leak or air on the system, odds are that your brake booster is failing.

Check the linkage between the pedal and the booster/master cylinder.  Then everything else.  Sounds like you still have air in the system.

There’s most likely more air in there it’s just that I can’t bleed my system properly because the line that connects to the calipers are rusted shut but they still work good, but it doesn’t help that I had to take the line that connects to the abs and the master cylinder off completely because it was rusted on the cylinder, I feel a proper brake bleeding service would do the trick but the lines won’t let me in fear of breaking them, but I’ll check the linkages too just in case

The lines being rusted is OK for now.  You have to locate the bleeder Valve on the caliper to bleed the system, not the line.
