I too have a 2019 Tiguan and have had the same issues. It has had 5 attempts to fix the rotors and brakes. We went to vw dealerships and they went bad again.
they are suggesting we put a whole new set of everything on it for a sixth time.$1700
I did attempt to contact vw and they just shut it down.
I sent certified letters , contacted FTC, attorney general and went to arbitration with the bbb. I have receipts and tons of proof but they lawyered up.
It is a known issue and they just run and don’t respond.
I am curious if the other rotors lasted longer ?
I really wish another class action against them would be opened.
I have 18 carfax against my car - they are a terrible company !
