Toyota or akebono for a 2007 lexus LS?

EDIT: For long life don't care about price.

It's BRAKE pads, not break pads.

As far as I know, Akebono are oem for toyota. I have been using them for years and always been happy with them.

Not to mention how many times I have heard Scotty recommends them.

You can order them right off of amazon.

Akebono is one of the suppliers but not for every model.

Get the OEM for the longevity.

Rockauto lists Beck/Arnley as OEM, but the Akebono ceramic pads should be as good.

I've heard that most OEM parts are made in China. Not sure if we can trust them but what choice do we have?

I don't think that Toyota makes their parts in China. Do they?
