Small oil leak but when I run ac it gets really bad, drops out 10 times more. Is there any relationship to the front oil seal. Does Ac make it worse?

You left out a few details.

Is there any relationship to the front oil seal.
Obviously when you run the AC that puts more stress on the crankshaft pulley.
