{black}:idontknow: My wife want a Buick Enclave for her next car. She drives 60 miles daily for work. I have heard you talk about the diminished quality of GM products over the past decade or so. Does this include the Enclave?

Thank you, Glenn T from Chula Vista

Yes.

There is no exception for newer GM products. All are bad. If she insisted on buying, lease one.

You might want to have your wife sit down at the computer and do some research on this vehicle so she can find out what  rolling piles of junk they are.

We bought a new 2019 Buick Enclave December 31, 2019. It had 5 miles on it. Over a short period of time , it started to shift rough. With only a few thousand miles on it, the dealership replaced the torque converter. A friend with a 2020 Enclave had the same issue and his dealership never could get it fixed right. I told him about our own issue with the torque converter. He went in and told them to replace the torque converter. They told him they were professional GM trained mechanics and they would determine what needed fixing. The next day they called and told him they were replacing the torque converter. My concern is that this seems to be a common problem with these Enclaves. What does a malfunctioning torque converter do to your transmission and is the replacement one just another poorly made one like the original? I agree GM quality is pretty poor.
