What due you suggest:
should I buy a 2011 Lexus IS 350c with 120,000 miles for $21,000
or
should I buy a 2012 Lexus IS 350c with 68,000 miles for $29,000

Yes. The expensive one has been combed through
If there aren’t any red flags with it and you’re okay with the crazily inflated price, it might be a fun toy.

I would not buy either one. Both of those vehicles are overpriced. You also didn't mention if it's sold at a private party or dealer or if it's seen snow or not.
