Would you buy a 2000 V 6 Camry, LX I think he said. It only has 62K miles on it. I know the owner, old owner I should and her son is giving us a great price. The only reason I paused is I can slightly smell cigarette smoke. It' so pretty, with the gold emblems and spoiler, black. I think I could replace the visors and get the smell out. It's very faint. He already replaced the air filters. What do you think? it's about 3K less than I would pay for a Lexus ES with double the miles about the same age, maybe a few years newer.
If - the car checks out mechanically, has good paperwork, etc. it could be an excellent vehicle - Scotty owns an 01 Lexus version of that Camry, so he likes them! Here he shows how to deal with car odors.

He owns a 2003 version of that Camry.
As @Glen_stet noted above an ozone generator will rid the car of that smoke smell. Fire & water restoration companies use them to remove smoke and mildew odors, as do automotive detailers.
Just use caution when using one!
