Should I buy a 2006 Toyota Sienna XLE with 155,000 miles for 4,000, If I should what should I look for?

Some of those vehicles have transmission issues. I would check with a mechanic before buying first hand. https://www.carcomplaints.com/Toyota/Sienna/
