Buying to tow upward of 15k

Hi I’m new to the pick up truck world. I moved to America in 2016 and due to some recent events I’m looking to change my living situation into a rv or mobile home. I’m looking to buy a used truck and I have been looking at F250s so I may keep my home mobile and move it as I need. As the home I’m looking at weighs around 13k pounds I want something dependable to be able to tow my home but also double as a daily driver.
some key points I’m looking for are

mileage, how much is to much?

year,  how old is to old?

who actually makes a good truck for towing heavy weights dependably? I may end up traveling and I want to know I can get out of state without to many problems.
what are some key problems I can spot myself when buying the truck?
I am an aircraft mechanic myself. but truck knowledge lacks some but I do understand what’s what and how to inspect something.  Any and all help is appreciated.

thank you

Tell me that kind of serious weight you would need to diesel I would get a Ford 250 diesel then I cheap and of course the higher mileage than the older they are the more worn out they are so try to find a somewhat lower mileage one

Cool thing is there always seems to be a 250 almost around every corner too. Especially where I live in Wyoming.
