Buying Used Car Advice

Hey everyone would like to grab some options and advice from the community. Im looking to purchase a honda jazz 2016 with 31,000 miles on it. However the owner has mentioned he has removed the door window trims and the roof rubber trims seals to plastic dip the car before. Now the trims are damaged which needs to be replaced and the owner has left them outside expose to rain, dust etc?
I'm concern about water and moisture that has gone inside the roof edges and door panels.

Something worth taking the risk?
I been quoted around 130 dollars for genuine replacement seals and trims from Honda.

Thanks

You should be alright. Just about every window on a car will have the outer trim but will also be glued fully on the inside border from the factory. That should be enough to hold out water from rainfall and car washes. Were you able to get inside the car and smell around a bit? Did you notice any moldy odors coming from around the window?

yup i went inside had a good look nothing obvious. The door seems easy to fix diy but its the roof that was concerning me.
The rubber trims on the side of the roof are not inserted properly i don't know how long it been like that for and how much water is in the gaps.
Possibly down the track mould can build up and lead to rusting?
