My 2011 Cadillac SRX wouldn’t start because rats chewed the crankshaft sensor wires. I replaced/repaired the wires and that fixed the no-start problem. Any suggestions on how to prevent rodents from chewing the wiring again? Thank you.

After a rodent had destroyed O2 sensor, I began using lemon toilet hanging cleaners as advised. So far it still works.

Dryer sheets work also.

Well first of all only Park in areas that don't have trees over them and don't park on ground or grass park on concrete. And if you park inside a garage and there's rats in there, get some rat traps. Or do you like me and get a cat? We never have that problem
