Hey Scotty, I have 2017 Hyundai Sonata with 47,000 miles, while changing the rear rotor, the caliper bolt it takes so much force and still slowy coming out. The bolts are not rusted, but the caliper itself is.
Any ideas?

Sure. Spray a bunch of WD-40 or any kind of penetrating oil on the caliper and perhaps clean it with a wire brush. Usually that's good enough to make them work well again. But if not you'd have to buy another caliper
