Cam plugs leaking and other questionable recommendations

I had a dealer mechanic tell me that the front bank cam plugs are leaking and should be replaced. Is this a bunch of BS or is it a real concern? I have a 2013 Honda Accord Touring with a V6 engine, Automatic transmission and 135K miles. I went to the dealer for a rear brake job out of time convenience and their 'inspection" found this. They also said I needed a 3 stage fuel injection cleaning and a tune up. I just don't think this is legit. What's your take on this?

Never go to a dealer for anything except warranty or recall work.

Do you see any oil leaking? Find a good independent mechanic to check it out.  As far as the "tune-up" it probably could use spark plugs and filters changed. Hondas also need periodic timing belt replacement and valve adjustment. The car should also be at least due for its 2nd transmission fluid change at that mileage. Once again, find a good mechanic if those services are needed.

The dealer "3-stage fuel injection cleaning" would probably consist of putting some Techron in the tank and charging you $200 for it.

The transmission fluid has been changed, spark plugs were replaced when the timing belt was replaced
