Hi Scotty. I bought this camry 2009 with 56,000 miles on it but because the previous owner didn't use it for a few years (he was 86), all shocks had leak. This is my first car so I took it to a mechanic and he replaced them all with Monroe. Now after one year I see they are full of rust! I live in Calgary Canada. Is the rust normal after just after one year? Should I replace them again? The milage now is 69,000 miles. Should I replace with BYK? Thank you!

If they are not leaking and the ride is not too bad, leave them alone.
