Hi Scotty, Greeting from Mexico

I have a nissan Altima 2005, VQ35DE V6 engine, the scanner give the code P0340 refer to the camshaft sensor of the bank 1, since i dont want use a chinesse replacement sensor i buy the original on the dealership but they come 3 in the single package, camshaft bank 1, camshaft bank2 and crankshaft sensor, they told me that cannot sell me only the one i need beacause the 3 are a part of a same system and this is why the package come whit the 3, my question is should i change only the one that scanner told me of the all 3.

Regards

They're easy to replace and you already spent the money on the OEM parts. Why not replace all 3 while you have your tools out?

you should diagnose these things before just blindly replacing. You could just be wasting your money

While I agree with Jack, did you fully troubleshoot the issue?  It’s not always the camshaft position sensor even though that appears in the title of the P0340 code.  It could very well be the camshaft sensors (in which case follow Jack’s advice), but what if you replace them and the code is still there?  See below for troubleshooting and what else it could be:
