My 2019 Honda Civic uses the micro fuse in the passenger compartment fuse box . Can I use a mini fuse as a replacement. I know it sounds crazy, but i just want to see if it possible to use mini fuse instead of a micro fuse. I need to get quick access to the fuse(used for the fuel pump to prevent a car jacking) or do you know of a micro fuse holder i can buy...thanks for answering

No. Incorrect fuses won't go in. Tampering with the wiring on your fairly new car isn't a good idea either.
Your car already has a passive immobilizer. Without the correct key, fuel injectors and ignition cannot be activated.
