Are you able to recover money from your own PIP if you have 10,000 of coverage in the state of florida? or is that just for medical bills and work loss compensation if you are at fault.
a truck hit my lexus.

Where you going to have to check the laws in your area some areas it doesn't matter if you're at fault or not you can collect from the PIP.
the thing is, i got a 1000 deductible, and don't know if they'll pay me for pain and suffering yet

Definitely check your local laws on that one.
