Anyone recommend any dent puller I can buy? Theres a small dent from 1st owner on fender
Basically pour boiling water then use dent puller and should be fine?

I would take it to a good PDR (paint less dent repair) person and have it done right.
That is in the body line so it is going to be tough to get out.
