I have a 2004 Volvo S80 T6 200k miles. I have a code that says misfire on cylinders 1, 3 and 6. I changed the spark plugs, still the same.. Should I change the ignition coils? Also getting an EVAP code. And the exhaust also smells rich?

Engine could be worn out as Mod_Man says, but it may be worth doing a little bit of investigation before condemning it. How do the spark plugs look? If plugs are oil fouled that would point in the direction of engine wear and end game.
Although it seems unlikely that 3 coils would go bad at the same time it's not impossible. How about swapping the coils from cylinders 1,3, and 6 with the ones in 2,4, and 5 and see if the misfire travels with them? With 3 cylinders not firing correctly it's not surprising the exhaust smells rich.
The evap code is probably a separate problem.
It sounds like your engine is just worn out honestly. You could have a mechanic check it out and give you an estimate, but I'm guessing you may want to start looking for a replacement vehicle.
