On my 2012 Honda civic lx, when I'm at a dead stop and i floor the gas from a dead stop the car hesitates for about 4 seconds and then it picks up speed. I think it's the Catalytic convertor, if not what could it be?

Could be, weak fuel pump.

Not enough info, It could be a MAF Sensor or Low Fuel Pressure how does it run after it gets up? Is it Sluggish when you kick it down after you are moving? How Does it Idle?
Its runs good at high speed and the idle is good. When it's in park and i step on the gas the RMS needle starts shaking when its at 5000RPMs
