Car is sputtering

I have a 2006 Ford 500 with about 203k miles on it and it’s an automatic. When my car first sputtered out it was because of my fuel filter which I replaced, and soon after it started happening again and it ended being because my car was running lean so I took it to a shop and asked them to diagnose the problem which it ended up being a leak in one of my manifold gaskets. So I replaced all of the gaskets, spark plugs, 3 ignition coils, and cleaned the throttle body and it’s still sputtering. It keeps dying out as if theirs no gas in it. I scanned it and the code P0191 popped up saying a fuel rail sensor or something but idk what to do from here

Well I would advise finding better mechanics who can actually diagnose things without guessing with parts. Now if it says fuel rail sensor you could have a bad fuel raise sensor or you could have low fuel pressure because the fuel pump is bad. Any good mechanic and actually test the fuel pump pressure with this gauges and tell you what's going on
