Heyo Scotty!
I have a 2016 dodge challenger and when i cold start and shift the gears from Park to Reverse the whole car jerks and i hear a Clunka Clunka sound from underneath. What could it be?

Well price not the transmission going out and a worn drive shaft joint

Yep, as Scotty said, pray it’s not the transmission - the tranny will cost you a fortune to rebuild.
If you haven’t changed the ATF over the last ~30k miles - it might be just that. But usually after they start clunking theres already some damage to the solenoids and valve body…
