I have a 2015 Hyundai Elantra with about 105 thousand miles on it. It jerks after taking off from a red light, I just change the ignition coils and spark plugs but it still has a little jerk after taking off from a red light

Before I did the tune up the scan tool pick up a misfire but after replacing everything the scan tool show zero codes now.

I had the same thing on a chevy impala I owned a few years ago.  It sounds like a transmission issue.  It could also be motor mounts.  For my particular issue it was transmission related and I had the transmission rebuilt twice and it still did it every now and then.  I eventually got tired of fighting with the transmission shop and just got rid of it at 200000 miles.  I dont think its ignition related especially with no codes.

I was thinking maybe it’s low on fluid or something

Could be did you check the fluid. Make sure the engine is hot when you check it and the car is running.

Do you have a 7 speed DCT or a 6 speed AT?

Try taking-off with your transmission selector in M to see if it jerks in a way that's related to gear changes or not.

What maintenance has been done on this vehicle's transmission, ie, fluid and filter?

Nothing the tune was the first thing besides oil changes

Now it’s not doing nothing going forward but it works good in reverse. I reconnected scan tool now it’s showing code P0722 for the output speed sensor. Could you tell me where it’s located?

It is locate near the trans output shaft.
