1999 Mustang GT automatic with 160,000 miles was running just fine. No check engine light or anything. The car sat parked for a couple of weeks and I went to start it and the battery was dead. I bought and installed a new battery and now it just turns over and will not start. I really don't know where to start or what to check first. I am pretty sure I hear the fuel pump pressurize when the key is turned on. I only say "pretty sure" because it's hard to hear with the beeping it does when you insert the key into the ignition. Is there some sort of checklist of things to check in order of most likelihood or something to help me chase down the problem? I put my scanner on it and there is no trouble codes found. Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
