I drive hyundai accent 2007 model, it's moving very fine with no issue.
But suddenly when I meet a traffic and car slow down rpm reduce and car will shutdown.
When try to start it will seems to start but will not.
It can start and when you try to accelerate or move it goes off as soon as possible.
Until you off the key and ON it back so many times or you want like few minutes and turn it ON it will start driving well until you meet another traffic
check the engine air filter and spark plugs. Clean out the throttle body and check for vacuum leaks.

I actually change my pump about 5 months ago.
So I was doubting.
it usually causes issues when accelerating , not idling. But you never know.
Can failing fuel pump relay also cause this symptoms?
Possibly. Although usually relays either work or don't work all the time. Try swapping it with another one.
Also can a car battery that's not charging properly or having corrosion terminal cause this problem also.
It's a good thing to check . It's more likely the alternator than the battery though. Measure the voltage or have them both tested at the auto parts store.
The thing is, low RPM can also cause low voltage.

Okay so let me come clear on this, I've already change my spark plug yesterday and change my fuel injector just today.
Because I was thinking those are the problem but it didn't work out.
The runs very well but unless I turn ON the AC and it's running for a while.
Once I turn on the AC the car vibration will increase but that's only when it's in idle it's shake the engine very hard and gradually the rpm will reduce and shut off the the engine(car)
At this moment when I later put the AC off the car will move like few 5-15 minutes and when meet next traffic it will reduce rpm and shut off again and this time without the AC ON
This will continue until you totally park the car and allow it to cool down.
And when you start the car it will run very well like there's no problem until it heat up or you put on AC then car will shut off again.

Could be a failing fuel pump. Measure the fuel pressure.
